in the past week, i've slept a total of 15 hours. it's not something i would at all recommend, whether or not you believe you are stronger than your body, your current workload(s), or the power of fatigue.

you need to rest. it's not just for the delivery and exploration of dreams and ultimately the Self, it's for a regeneration of strength, of cellular structures, and vitality. the body needs sleep and we need a nightly reset button to rid yourself of the weight of the day.

also, i think that when you begin to fall asleep int he middle of eating, phone conversations, or watching short films, it's a little bit depressing.
