" nothing beyond repair "

---

when you feel spent, overwhelmed, stubborn, and exhausted, there is something to allowing yourself a release. remember to breathe deeply, exhale fully, and ponder upon this metered breath.

i know firsthand these depths and these feelings of anguish. you will get through these hard times. it's a promise which can be made, but it takes a level of vulnerability and humbleness.

when you put out that good energy and optimistic vibes out into the world, it comes back to you in your darkest times. there is room for pride, but do not let it stop you from healing.

no one can know what the future brings, but we can at all times be prepared and ready ourselves.

tonight's homework:

dare to have a hope. dare to have a dream. spend time healing others. heal yourself.

there’s no casual inhabiting spaces anymore. we’re on a trek through the hollows and the decay.
with the weather finally hinting and teasing us more and more that it wants us to be in the sunlight, what other option is there but to put feet to pavement?
look at that door! what?! what!!? where how who is it how long and how come? so many questions begging answers inciting interest forming all of those little silica which electrify and outstretch.
just please take a little miniscule serving of time in each day to appreciate the smaller details. chipped nail polish on long fingers, eyelashes clumped with mascara batting in the light, the swish of a skirt in the afternoon, smells of your favorite foods, the texture of the bricks on the walls.
yearning, gleaning, absorbing, genuflecting, and so many emotions all at once. simple things, simple times, simple pleasures.
no time to lose & everything to gain.
